Häfele Online Tutorials

If you are new to Häfele or if you are just getting started with a Häfele online account we welcome you to our website! 

The Tutorials will give some guidelines of what to do, where to click and inform you of some useful features that we provide to our customers. 

HOW TO LOGIN

1. Select 'Log on' from the top right hand corner of the website.

2. Enter your Customer number and Password provided to you from Häfele.  

3. If you are logging in as a Co-User then select the tick box 'Log on as Co-User' and have your account number (customer number), user name and password ready.

4. Click on the red button 'Log on'.  You will now be able to view pricing and be able to purchase from our website.

SETTING UP CO-USERS

You can easily set up co-user accounts for your main Häfele account. As a main account administrator you can limit your co-users access and ability to place orders. To set up a co-user please follow the steps below or watch the video tutorial:

1. Log on to your account 
2. Go to ‘My Account’ section 
3. Select User Management from the menu 
4. To create a co-user account, click on the ‘New User’ button
5. Complete the form and save.
6. Email the username and password that you created to your co-user

ACCOUNT OPTIONS

After you have logged into your account you can access your account summary by clicking 'My Account'.  This will show a list of open orders and any recently edited wish lists. Once you are in the 'My Account' section you will have many options available to you. You can:

• View Open Orders
• Access your Wish Lists
• Add Additional Co-Users
• Update your Profile and Adresses
• Log off at any time
