Häfele promotes training acitivites to enhance professional capability

Besides many practical training programs, aiming to help Häfele employees develop competence, achieve great success and work life balance. Häfele has recently introduced new training services, expanding to soft skills, product knowledge, and installation instructions to our partners and customers nationwide.

The new training services are designed to be very diverse and to suit many different training needs. The training services include but are not limited to:

  • Product knowledge, installation instructions on Furniture Fittings, Architecture Hardware, Home Appliance, Sanitary Fittings, Decorative Material
  • Selling skills (Consultancy skills, Questioning techniques, Presentation skills, Train the trainer…)

The diverse training techniques make it flexible for learners to access the new and updated knowledge. Learners can explore the modern traning trend via E-learning solution - LMS (Learning management system) that helps them access anytime and anywhere. Furthermore, they can easily access to training materials during learning process.

Product knowledge can be delivered by the one-on-one method through e-mail, phones, or direct conversation. In addition, trainings can be customized to suit all departments’ or customers’ specific needs in terms of content, time, and venue.

As for the venue, training will be arranged flexibly according to training content & number of participants:

  • Häfele Vietnam LLC - Head Office, Ree Tower, 3rd Floor, 9 Doan Van Bo Street, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City

  • On-site training (co-visit customer with sales)
