Pricing Analyst Specialist

Description of tasks

–    Produce reports and analysis that show how each category business is performing against the business plan (e.g. turnover, inventory, expense, P&L, the success contributors and the issues, etc.)
–    Price change tracking; deliver and interpret reports outlining pricing risks, opportunities, margin impact, competitor & market benchmark, etc.
–    Analyzing data to arrive at specific and crucial information & provide recommendation/insight for better business operation to category management/sales
–    Lead some small project like promotional/ new product campaign (e.g set base prices; develop discount programs, competitor comparision, regular plan tracking include resource/ time/ cost & measurement, etc.)
–    Follow up non-slow sale moving SKU and Coordiante with cross-fucntion to lead clearance sale to reduce E&O stock
–    Collaborate across business units; Identifying and implementing process, data, and reporting improvements for the organization
–    Work with 3rd party research, insight and data consultancies
–    Drive current and future strategy by leveraging your analytical skills
–    Develop pricing strategies based on market evaluations, feedback from customers (internal and external) and historical data
–    Prepare and manage an annual sale & operating plan including sale budget; expense resources, and capital
–    Develop, understand and improve necessary key performance indicators
–    Supports business development activities and territory expansion, headcount growth and other ad hoc strategic financial and business analysis

Job Requirements

–    Bachelor Degree, major in business administration
–    3 year experience in Sales Planning/ Cost Analysis
–    Advanced Excel data manipulation and analysis skills 
–    Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels 
–    Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
