HÄFELE LAUNCHES 66 MORE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS IN VIETNAM

At the end of June, Häfele Vietnam launched 66 more authorized service centers (ASCs) in major cities and provinces, bringing the total number of ASCs to 76 nationwide.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Dominik Fruth - General Director of Häfele Vietnam - said that the move will help Häfele take care of its customers after sales faster and better, especially those customers who live far from big cities’ centers.

The event in Ho Chi Minh City also marked Häfele's First ASC Conference with the participation of its partners from all three regions: South, Central and North. It was also an opportunity for partners to learn more about Häfele products and experience them hands-on at its showroom and at the construction materials and furniture exhibition Vietbuild 2020.

Along with the expansion of its ASC network, Häfele has also been constantly upgrading and standardizing its warranty procedures offer customers more assurance while using Häfele products.

"That we have successfully expanded our ASC network is not only a milestone in more than 20 years of our history in Vietnam, but a reaffirmation of our commitment to the quality of products and services, ensuring our customers’ satisfaction before and after sales."
